This wedding combines a few of our favorite things: springtime flowers, chic style, a grand estate, and wine! Lots and lots of wine. Plus if Weddings by Susan Dunne has anything to do with the design and décor, you know it is going to be one perfect moment.

First, let us talk about the venue. Sunstine Villa is a stunning space, with stunning views of the Santa Ynez Mountains. The details of the venue creates a whimsical and magical escape from Southern California and puts you in the middle of Europe. Heck, “the wood beams and roof tiles are reclaimed from a 19^th century lavender factory once owned by Queen Victoria” (from the Suntone Villa website).

The ceremony space was against the neutal limestone stairs of the villa, with a modern and romantic green archway. The reception details were everything and more! From the blush champange coupe glasses, the mini olive oil favors, and the bountiful spring time florals we were in awe.

The bride wore an unconventional floral gown that flowed in the SoCal breeze that flowed through the grapes of the winery. The groom wore a Light Blue Notch Lapel Suit, that complimented the colors of the bride’s gown and the flowers.
