Write up from 100 Layer Cake:
Natalie says, On a beautiful spring day at the Darlington House in La Jolla, I collaborated with some fantastic vendors to create a bright and cheery elopement. Alyson glowed in the stunning Jenny Packman gown from The Dress Theory. The hand beading added such a lovely feminine detail. Hair and makeup was inspired by the 1920s with cascading waves + bold lip. Really added a wow factor to Alysons look!...
Major heart eyes. The color palette: magenta, peach, green, and gold.
The cute little Oscar de la Renta inspired cake from San Diego based Azucar exudes the same joy that Natalie Bray Photography wanted to channel when she styled + photographed this cheerful elopement scene.
They made sure to keep the gold accents and bright blooms by Organic Flora flowing throughout in the table arrangements and pillows.
This shoot was also featured on 100 Layer Cake.
