Italian Romance in Redlands, CA
Whimsy and magic are the best ways to describe this amazing wedding design created by Whimsically Wed and shot by Amber Dawson Photography. Located at the Dolce Villa Estate, this venue is everything and more! Reminiscent of an Italian villa, with iron gates, cypress lined pathways, and sprawling lawns + gardens this place has it all.
The ceremony was on the lawn decorates with wooden arched chairs, and a structured floral arch. The reception was on the patio with intricate lace linens, grey taper candles, and stunning florals. We love how elegant and romantic this wedding was, while not being overly accessorized. Allowing the beauty of the venue to really be a focal point and shine.
The bride wore an amazing feminine strapless gown with a modern lace detail and corset bodice. Per look was paired with a low chic bun and delicate pearl drop earrings. The groom did one of our favorite things – a coat swap! This is when you wear one look for the ceremony, keep all your accessories + pants the same and just swap out the coat for a fun look. For the ceremony he wore a Black Velvet Peak Lapel Tuxedo, with a black bow tie and shoes. He changed into a Rose Pink coat and a Light Blue Coat to add some garden-chic spice to the party. We love the way these colors look against the black pants – really making a fashion statement!
