Minimalist Wedding at Cooks Chapel of the Packing House
We are obsessed with the trend of minimalistic weddings that are sweeping the wedding industry. This “less is more” design allows the bride and groom to shine among the décor and venue. One thing to keep in mind when styling this kind of wedding is the color scheme. Take this wedding for example, white is the color of choice here. The white brick, the white chairs, the white linens…it allows the organic subtleties of green florals to really pop. White, black, organic materials such as brick or metal are great bases to pull of the minimalistic style.
The bride in this shoot wore a simple white gown with a flowing skirt and straps. Her hair looks effortlessly chic in a loose wave and updo. The groom wore a dark blue suit with a navy long tie, this monochromatic look is perfect for the overall design of this wedding. What is great about this wedding style, is that you can either go simple with your fashion or you can go big. This wedding looks great with a blue suit, but would look just as great with a deep green or pink suit. Minimalistic will never be boring, it just means you have a power to go as grand or as simple as you want!
