Rustic weddings have been a trend for the last few years but what we are seeing now is a modern version of rustic which relies more on natural elements and feels more ethereal. Our customers designed a dreamy wedding at Camarillo Ranch with a garden ceremony and reception set inside a big red barn lit by tea lights. We LOVE the groom + groomsmen style combination: the groom wore a dark blue suit with a grey vest while the groomsmen wore grey suits. Everyone planning a wedding, take note on this groom style idea! The groom totally stands out but is perfectly coordinated with the guys thanks to him wearing the same grey vest as their grey suits. Then the groomsmen and groom all wore long burgundy ties to match the bridesmaids who wore either a burgundy gown or a navy gown, tying back into the blue color of the grooms suit, this is how you mix and MATCH! Pfew that was exhilarating. Back to the pairing of modern and rustic, the bride's gown was a lace sheath cut gown with thin straps and it fit the vibe of the wedding perfectly. Notice the simple floral color palette which was connected to the red barn with only white and red flowers as well as greenery serving as the table runners.
