Tanya + Nick
Wedding Venue: Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico Event Planning + Design: Bruno Snowball Photographer: Gonzalo Rocha of Celebra Studio Friar Tux Shop Selection: Black Monterey Tuxedo with teal vests and long ties
Nick and Tanya's wedding was filled with history and culture. The venue they chose in Mexico City, the Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico was simply magnificent, complete with a stained glass ceiling. The wedding colors are teal, black, and gold, to match their masquerade theme. Since there was so much detail involved in their destination wedding, Nick and Tanya took 15 months to plan their wedding. All their hard work has paid off because their wedding was just a dream come true!
Tanya describes her big day as, "Nick and I decided to do a destination Wedding in Mexico City, my hometown. Our theme was a Venetian Masquerade and we rented the entire hotel in order to have the reception on the lobby. We loved seeing our friends and family attending a wedding full of surprises, such as when "garter time" came, we hid a lot of random stuff under the chair I was seating on and Nick pulled them out from under my dress; he even got some big granny panties. It was very funny!"
