The Most Romantic Wedding Ever in an Olive Grove
Did you know olive trees on average live to be 300-600 years old? In fact the oldest olive tree is in Greece and is about 3,000 years old! Dating back thousands of years, in Greek mythology and forward there has been deep meaning and roots (pun intended) surrounding olive trees. They symbolize friendship, partnership, love, and a strong bond – hence the common phrase “extending an olive branch”. Now, with this much gorgeous symbolism sound an even more gorgeous tree – this makes an olive grove one of our all-time favorite I-do spots!
And can you blame us? Look at this stunning wedding design created by Amorette Events Co. and photographed by Mallory Dawn Photography. Since the moments we laid eyes on these images we have been in awe, they almost feel like stills from the movie Ever After don’t they?
The bride wore a soft blush gown by Kinsley James Bridal. The gown had a full bodied soft tulle skirt with an off-the-shoulder detail and billowing sleeves. She paired her effortless goddess-like look with lose waves and pulled half up in a stunning bridal-hair look. Now if that is a gown fit perfectly for a fairytale bride, than this tuxedo is fit for a royal groom. The groom wore our Black Tuxedo by Michael Kors from our Performance Fabric collection. Allowing this groom to dance, jump, and have fun all night in the most comfortable fabric a tuxedo could be made of! He paired his look with a chic black velvet bow tie to add a little flare to his overall style, and a fun polka-dot pocket square.
We hope you are just as in love with this romantic wedding as much as we are!
