Menswear Style: Heather Grey Notch Lapel Suit with black pants and a grey velvet bow tie
If Royal Weddings or all things English are your thing, then why not consider creating a wedding experience that feels like you are celebrating in London style!? In this styled shoot by Christopher Brown Studio and Kathryn Pederson Events, they took the inspiration of the restaurant venues red phone booth, crown motif and quaint garden setting and ran with it. The bride's look wasn't lacking in lace nor in romance, from her lace cape to her long traditional veil, she looked like a modern royal. For the menswear we knew that a monochrome grey mix and match look would be perfect. A morning suit look is common for English men to wear to formal events but we prefer a modern version of the look with a typical suit coat length and fun accessories like a velvet bow tie. To create this look we paired our light grey peak lapel coat, peak lapels have the most English vibe but you could use a notch, along with charcoal pants and matte black oxford shoes.
As for decor, notice the use of candles and light blue floral color scheme which always gives an air of tradition. We hope you enjoyed this inspo!
