Navy + Pastel Garden I-Do's
We are living for this high and low contrast garden wedding! With its delicate color palette mixed with deep blues and blacks, and pops of bold pink made for an elegant but interesting wedding design. The invitations by Basic Invite set the mood for the wedding with the dark navy background and the bright pop of the floral details. Those touches flowed from one part of the wedding to the next. We love how they has a non-traditional “guest book” by having people sign little wooden hearts to put into a frame. And the blankets for guests to use is adorable!
The reception was a dream with the wooden chairs and white table linens. We love how they kept with the high and low contrast theme with the light pink table napkins and the deep navy menu cards. Bringing back the exact colors of the invitations and the bridal party.
The bride wore a stunning soft white ball gown with a flowing tulle skirt. The bodice is a slightly dropped waist with an off the shoulder lace detail. She complimented her garden dream look with a half-up hairstyle and effortlessly chic makeup. The bridesmaids wore light lavender gowns with different necklines. The groomsmen wore navy suits paired with black shirts and black shoes. The groom wore our navy tuxedo! This color is deep and the same fabric as the suit version, allowing him to compliment the groomsmen. Yet the lapel is a black satin shawl, making it more formal and fit for the leading man of the day.
