Shipping & Returns

Customers can elect to pickup and return garments in-store or have them shipped. This page is for customers who will receive or return their garments via our shipping service.

Current Shipping Rates

  •   - Orders over $150 receive free shipping
  •   - Orders between $100 and $149.99 have a $10 shipping charge (whether one-way or round trip)
  •   - Orders under $100 have a $20 shipping charge (whether one-way or round trip)
  •   - Orders which require rush shipping will be charged at the current carrier rate

Shipping: Rental Items

Rental products are typically delivered around 14 days advance of your event date (local prom orders arrive 3-5 days before the event). We ask that you try on your items as soon as possible so that if we need to ship you a replacement item, we have plenty of time to do so. In order to qualify for free replacement shipping on rental garments, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your items. Replacement items can be coordinated over the phone, email, chat, or in-store. Customers receive an email with order tracking on the day that their order ships.

Shipping: Purchase Items

Most orders ship from Southern California (92805) within a few days of order placement and are delivered UPS Ground. Some items may ship from the East Coast and will also ship via ground service. Items you purchase may arrive in separate packages on different days. Most purchase items arrive within 10 business days of order placement. Our customer service team contacts customers if items are delayed beyond this schedule. Customers receive an email with order tracking on the day that their item(s) ships.

Returning Rental Garments

If you are renting garments from us, return packaging and a return label will be included with your order. We ask that you drop your return package off at any UPS drop-off location the day after use if possible. Or, if you're in Southern California or Las Vegas, feel free to drop off your garments at one of our showrooms.

Returning Purchased Items

Most purchase items will include a return shipping label in case the item(s) does not fit. Some items may be returned in store, some must be shipped back. Please contact customer service to notify us of the return/exchange and to determine method of returning. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be in original condition with all tags attached and shipped within 30 days of receiving the original order.
