This wedding is what we are calling Elevated Cottagecore – and we are living for it! What is Elevated Cottagecore? It is dreamy, romantic, ethereal, simplistic in feel – but grand in details. It is brick and florals blending together, it is soft warm tones, and most importantly it is a wedding full of love.
Ryan + Eric’s wedding is seriously GOALS! The ceremony space was adorned with romantic warm golden flowers lining the aisle with the green grass being a solid décor base. The chairs were a simple romantic white wood to add some brightness to the space. We love that with the minimal décor elements here, the couple’s love truly is the focal point of the moment.
The reception was a sweet blend of dusty blue and golden hour tones. The tables were both wood farm style and circular tables in light blue linens. Having the two different elements bring design depth to the space. The tall white canopy was lit up with trendy fun string lights above, and cool-blue taper candles on the tables. We love that they brought the same golden flowers from ceremony to reception to complement the spaces together. Also, how freaking cool are those tea favors that double as the seating chart?!
We love the mix-match of colors and fabrics for the bridal party styles. Dusty blue gowns, floral gowns, soft sage gowns allowed for everyone to bring their own style to the day. We love that they were complemented by our Light Blue Suits to keep that blue color from style to reception. Now, take note on how these grooms styled themselves. Both wore different colors to show off their own personalities and style, but in the same shawl lapel so that they complement each other and look cohesive in photos. We absolutely love it! The lapel of a coat is such a small detail but makes a big impact in your photos later.
