"Were absolutely smitten with this fairytale inspiration shoot designed by Vanessa Michelle Co. The theme is winter romance, and we couldn't imagine a more magical setting than the Pasadena Museum of History, with its lush gardens and stately exterior. The bride is straight out of a fantasy in ballgowns by Stephen Yearick and Ysa Makino from Mon Amie. The first look: a hooded cape veil paired with layers of tulle that gave the appearance of floating on a cloud, and the second: a regal appliqued confection that is truly breathtaking. The Flower Story created elegant arrangements in shades of crimson, marsala, and pale peach, with a bold crimson runner from Luxe Linen and gilded scroll menus by Jasmin Michelle Designs. The lavish tablescape is truly rich and dramatic and each and every image from Damaris Mia Photography is positively exquisite!"

Can royal and bohemian wedding styles really be paired together? Yes! This Pasadena wedding has all the luxury and classic elegance of a royal affair mixed along side bohemian details like ceremony floor seating with pillows and casual romantic flowers. The bride's ballroom gown next to a slim fit Michael Kors tuxedo fits the venue and looks so timeless in both the daytime and candlelit evening images. The bride's accessories- veil, cape and hood- allowed for her to have a number of looks for this weddding shoot. Burgundy is a popular wedding color right now and the tiny hint brought in through the boutonniere was just enough to tie the groom's look into the overall theme.
