Shipping and Returns



Shipping Policy: Orders placed by 3:30 Pacific time will usually ship the same business day if inventory is in-stock. Orders placed after 3:30 p.m., on a holiday, or during the weekend will ordinarily ship the next business day. If there will be more than a 24-hour delay in shipping your order, we'll do our best to notify you. Our orders ship from Southern California (92805) and ordinarily are sent via UPS. If you'd like to calculate standard shipping times from us to you, take a look at UPS's transit time map.

Return Policy: Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of order placement provided that your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags in place. If you can't repackage it (we know, re-folding shirts is a pain), please include the original packaging with your return.

To complete your return, please request a return authorization by sending an email to webcontact@friartux.com or take your item into one of our Southern California or Nevada retail stores. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return which was shipped back to us without first obtaining a return authorization.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email webcontact@friartux.com.

Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
