Friar Tux Cares

Helping people in our local communities has always been important to Friar Tux. Here are some ways we partner with organizations to help brighten up someone’s day. If your organization is interested in partnering with Friar Tux on a philanthropic or charitable program, please email [email protected]

Mary's Kitchen

Mary’s Kitchen has been serving meals, providing clothing and offering other support programs to the homeless community of Orange, California for 35 years. While volunteering at Mary’s Kitchen, a Friar Tux employee saw an opportunity to help make their clothing program better serve the needs of the community. Friar Tux volunteers spent a day renovating the entire clothing storage facility, sorting and organizing the clothing into racks and bins, all organized by age, type of clothing and size. The resulting pop-up shop allowed the guests of Mary’s Kitchen to be served efficiently with the appropriate garments. Friar Tux also installed a business clothing section for guests who needed professional clothing for a job interview, meeting, or funeral.

Dux in Tux

Friar Tux has been a part of the Dux in Tux annual fundraising event, benefiting the Anaheim Ducks Foundation, for the past 20+ years.
