Dusty Blue Garden Bliss at Kestrel Park
Looking for a wedding venue that is in California but has the charm of an English estate? Well, look no further than Kestrel Park in Santa Ynez Valley (just outside Santa Barbara). This warm and elegant property 17th century-style architecture with sun dried stones and amazing grounds. Towering sycamores and bountiful gardens will transport your guests to another time and place.
This wedding design by Susan Dunne plays with the romance of the venue by creating a moment that is airy, whimsical, and perfect. The ceremony was at the sycamore alley, where the trees line a light sand walkway. The chairs were a cottage style with cascading white flowers and greenery. To put it lightly, the ceremony was pure perfection.
The reception was the perfect complement to the ceremony, with light ivory linens lush floral centerpieces and tall blush candles. We love how the tables also played with the trendy dusty blue color in the napkins, menu cards, and flatware. Again, could it get any more perfect than this?
The bride wore a soft flowing strapless gown with three-dimensional appliques. She compliments the look with her hair up in a low bun and minimal accessories. The groom wore one of our personal favorites, and to be honest best-seller, Tan Notch Lapel Suit! This suit is soft and airy, just like the wedding design. He paired his look with a dusty blue matte long tie adding more pops of this fun color to the overall wedding.
