2015 Golden Globes Men's Fashion

The awards season is upon us, time to get celeb-inspired! The Golden Globes are a great time to observe celebrity black tie attire because it is a formal event that is also fun, so the actors and musicians can add their own personality to their look. Overall, the styles we saw were slim fit tuxedos (of course celebrities are going to look good in slim fit and follow the trend!), there were a lot of shawl lapel tuxedos and a lot of classic tuxedos but IN COLOR! Namely the navy blue tuxedo with black lapels, one of our favorite looks happening right now.
Of course we only included the celebrities whose style made our best dressed list and we have split up the post into Navy Tuxedos, Black Tuxedos and Jared Leto :)
NAVY TUXEDOS
Chrissy Teigen + John Legend
All of me loves all of John Legend's navy tuxedo... He kept it classic with an elegant bow tie and his style compliments his wife, Chrissy Teigen's white gown perfectly.

Matt Bomer
Matt Bomer made multiple "Best Dressed Men" lists for wearing a blue Ralph Lauren Black Label with Tacori cuff links. The fit and detail of his outfit is pretty much perfect.

David Oyelowo
Watch out, Hollywood! David Oyelowo's style choice was a Dolce & Gabbana three-piece tuxedo with matching shoes. He put a twist to the all-popular navy tuxedo by wearing it shimmer!

Seth Meyers + Alexi Ashe
Seth Meyers is in a brighter navy tuxedo with two buttons and a contrasting black lapel. Alexi's multi color dress is pretty and works well next to navy.

Adam Levine is looking hot in a peak lapel Dior tuxedo and bow tie next to Behati who wore a black shimmering gown with a peek-a-boo on the empire waistline.

Jake Gyllenhaal
Jake rocked the facial hair + black tie look like many celebs on the Golden Globes 2015 red carpet. He is wearing a one button shawl lapel tuxedo by Gucci.

Justin Theroux + Jennifer Aniston
Justin Theroux's build was made for slim fit and this shawl lapel tuxedo with a black skinny tie is a very Hollywood look. His pants are tailored exactly how ultra slim pants should be-- no break. We gotta give a little love to Jennifer Aniston for also using a some menswear inspiration in her silk and sequin gown which has a tuxedo cummerbund-style waist!

Channing Tatum + Jenna Dewan Tatum
The Foxcatcher actor, Channing Tatum, chose a Dolce & Gabbana tuxedo with a pick stitch peak lapel while his wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum's wore a daffodil Carolina Herrera gown.

Chris Pratt + Anna Faris
Chris Pratt effortlessly graced the red carpet with his nicely tailored tuxedo just like how he did on the cover of GQ's Men of the Year magazine in 2014. Chris' tux is a peak lapel paired with a larger bow tie.

Jared Leto
For those who love celebrity style surprises, Jared Leto, is your man! He received a lot of attention for his "man-braid" (is that considered an accessory?) and his stand out white tuxedo with black satin lapels and details. The fit is impeccable and he wore black patent leather shoes to add another contrasting element.
