Choosing your wedding color palette is an important decision based on your personal taste as well as the wedding venue and the vibe you are going for. Recently, burgundy has been the most popular wedding color because it adds drama, mixes well with other popular colors like navy, blush and gold and it also is a good representation of love. Our customers used burgundy for the bridesmaid gowns in various styles, as well as the groom's tie and throughout the floral arrangements. They dressed the groomsmen in navy tuxedos which held up against the maroon bridesmaid gowns without fading into the background. We're always fans of the groom standing out and here the groom wore a black tuxedo with a burgundy tie next to his groomsmen in their dark blue tuxedos, it was total James Bond wedding squad goals. Even if you weren't at the wedding, you can feel how much the ceremony set up in the private courtyard with chairs encircling the fountain was like an elegant fairy tale. The Villa Del Sol is such a great wedding venue because it is it's own private oasis of Spanish buildings, hanging vines and bistro lights but set inside downtown Fullerton where the bride and groom can easily walk outside and take some cool photos with city street backdrops.
