Our blissful SoCal hearts will always be obsessed with weddings with an ocean view – it just is in our blood. So when we saw Emily + Raul’s wedding at Casa Romantica Weddings, it is safe to say we were in awe.
Casa Romantica Cultural Center and Gardens is a perfect place to get married. Located in stunning San Clemente known as the “Spanish Village by the Sea.” Casa Romantica was built in 1927 this wedding venue now sits on the National Registry of Historical Places. So if you are looking for a wedding venue with some history, look no further.
This couple had an intimate wedding with the ceremony overlooking the Pacific Ocean. We love the Spanish feel of this venue, and how the couple played with that feeling into their wedding reception and color scheme. With royal and cobalt blues in the décor, table settings, and flowers the colors flow perfectly with the ocean views. We also love the hand painted Spanish tiles for the guests to keep.
The bride wore a mermaid style gown with lace long sleeves and long cathedral veil. She elevated her bridal look with a fun braided updo and a bold bouquet. The bridesmaids wore light aqua gowns in different styles to show off their own special fashion. The groom and groomsmen wore Dark Blue Notch Lapel Suits with our dusty teal long ties to complement perfectly with the bridesmaids’ gowns. We love how the colors of the bridal party perfectly flow with the ocean views and Spanish architecture.
