At a wedding in a galaxy far far away…okay that was cheesy, but we are in love with Janel + Christian’s wedding elegant Star Wars themed wedding. With the perfect mix of sophistication and fun this wedding won the award for best film themed wedding well, EVER!

The Star Wars theme is all around this wedding, starting with the water color succulent initiations with thematic phrasing and font. Then the Yoda inspired seating chart (we cannot read that chart in any other tone but the Yoda voice). There is also the perfect Leia and Han Solo cake topper that says “I love you, I know” (which is a moment all Star Wars fans remember).

We love the rest of the wedding design and color scheme, that perfectly balances the Star Wars theme. Making sure that all the guests no matter what their style, age, or side of the Rebellion you are on. The bride wore a gorgeous fitted gown with a high neckline and a long train. Her hair was up in a braided bun, with a white rose and succulent bouquet to match the invitations and cake design. Her bridesmaids wore all different dresses in various shades of blues and teals. The groom wore a light grey suit with a white bow tie and brown shoes. While his groomsmen wore the same colored suit yet with teal bow ties to go with the color scheme of the bridesmaids. Let us not forget the adorable puppers that were involved in this wedding. They are no R2-D2 or BB-8, but they are a lot better to hug that’s for sure. Overall the Force was strong with this wedding….(yes we had to end it cheesy, can you blame us?)
